International Shipments

Please provide your credit card number and current email address. Accurate shipping charges cannot be determined until your order is boxed and weighed. At that time, we will e-mail you with your choice of shipping options and the respective charges.

Shipping Time

We make every effort to ship each in-stock order within two business days. If you live in the continental United States, most packages will arrive within five to seven business days from the date shipped.

Backorders sometimes occur due to heavy demand or supplier delays. Most backorders ship within two to three weeks of placing the order, but occasionally an item will be delayed longer. You will be notified of any backorders. To save you shipping costs, we will hold your order until all items have come in before shipping it. You may call us to request that in-stock items be shipped ahead.

For international shipments, we cannot predict exact delivery times due to customs inspections and other delays. Your choice of international shipping method will determine the shipping time. Most packages arrive within 15 business days.

Express Shipping

Next-day, second-day, and three-day services are available for an additional shipping fee. Expedited services are not offered online, as we prefer to confirm inventory accuracy when you are in a hurry. Please call (800) 569-4537 before 2:00 pm Mountain Time and place your express order by phone.

By Mail:
List the items, codes and prices on paper and send to our mailing address. A check or money order or credit card number must be included with all mail orders. All checks must be payable in U.S. funds and drawn from a U.S. bank. Please provide a credit card number for international orders, as shipping charges cannot be determined prior to ordering. Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. Please provide card number, expiration date, cardholder's name, and CID number. We do not bill!

Colorado Residents
Please add 6.85% sales tax to all orders, or provide a tax-exempt number.

Return Policies

Please call for pre-approval of all returns. Returns require a "Return Authorization" number (RA#) which must accompany any items returned. If you are not satisfied with an item or if it is defective, call immediately for authorization to return it.

Items must be returned within 15 working days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping unless item is defective), or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit. No exceptions!

All items must be returned in like-new, saleable condition. Include cases, covers, and all packaging or parts of original item ordered. Do not pack returns in newspaper. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when necessary.
