This is a simple and charming patriotic musical for kids. Join George Washington and Abraham Lincoln along with several other historical characters as they recall the Godly principles on which this nation was founded. This 21-minute musical uses a narrator and six short speaking parts to tie the six songs together.

"Salute to America" is attainable for any kids' choir. Several of the songs are stirring and will bring audiences to their feet. Puppets could be the characters who speak. Costume them to represent the character in history they represent.

Split-track Accompaniment CD* has the instruments only on one track of the CD, and the singing voices on the other track. It must be played on a system that has a "left and right" or stereo control. This makes it possible to dial the voices out and have just the music, to dial the music out and have just the voices, or to adjust the levels anywhere in between. This CD does not contain the recorded dialogue.
