This paint applies a clear coating which is transparent and colorless under normal light, but fluoresces under blacklight. For best results, apply one or two coats with brush or airbrush. It may be thinned with water if desired. It can be applied to almost any surface with brush or airbrush. Produces a durable washable surface. It dries in about 5 minutes.
